Sporting Changemakers

 

 

Denitsa Andonova has been working with us since the last year as trainer and facilitator in our project activities. She is an expert in the field of non formal education with a special focus on using Education through sport techniques for achieving social changes within denigrated or marginalized communities. Miss Andonova is also a co-author of the handbook “Move and Learn” dedicated to the pedagogical use of Education through sport concept and its practice which will be published by ISCA – International Culture and Sport Association, Copenhagen, Denmark with the cooperation of Council of Europe in November 2013. She has been part of Long term Training of Trainers in Education Through Sport Program, provided by the same Danish Association, and she is thus member of the ISCA Education Through Sport Pool of Trainers.

Michal Braun is a trainer with experienced gained in many countries on four continents. He is the president of the Regional Volunteer Center of Kielce, board member of Polish National Youth Council and National NGO Federation. Graduate of European Studies at Warsaw University and as Erasmus student - Charles University of Prague. He worked as an external expert of the National Agency of the Youth in Action Programme. Michal worked as a trainer with people in all ages in Poland, UK, France, India, Bolivia, UK and USA.

 

Hotel

Participants were accommodated at Vila Pufu quality standard hotel on the central part of beautiful mountain town Slanic Moldova. Participants stayed in double and triple rooms with people from different country. Training room and dining room as well was near the hotel. Sport gym and a pool are located 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
